I'd blame my chronograph, but the readings have been consistent in several different light conditions. FWIW, the same chrony has shown many factory loads in other rifles to be far slower than what the box claims. Perhaps either my chrony is a contrarian, or it just delights casting aside my assumptions.

The guy at PACT told me he had never had anyone gripe about theirs reading to high. Hasbeen
