Could care less about stock color but the threaded barrel is where I'd draw the line


I'm tracking with ya on stock color, it's just the original optifade pattern looked terrible to me and is not all applicable down here. Here that'd just look like a scream for attention. I just wanted a light rifle with glass that I wanted. The accuracy today is well within my standards for a rifle for this area. I'm not shooting wings off a fly at 500 yards, I'm shooting deer within 300 yards.

As for the threaded barrel, a couple things. I'm used to hunting with my 338WM (overkill is underrated), and today both I and my buddy agreed the brake'd 308 was no louder than the 338WM. The other negative is the added length, but then the Kimber is still right at 2.75" shorter than the 338 with out a brake. For now I'm leaving it on.
