Personally unless the ELD proves as tough as the AB, one box of ammo might get you thru an entire season for hunting loads, with a few to zero POI/POA.

I would happily use the ELD for range work, and likely do very well on yotes. It's hard to not want to use a bullet that is accurate, expands, and penetrates well at most sane distances I feel the ELD may not hold up as well, especially at higher impact speeds. If you shoot behind the shoulder broadside shots, then it's all moot.

It's nice having a bullet in chamber that will be effective from any angle, close and far. Just my preference. Some prefer exits.

Jeff, since you like the PT, have you tried the 100 TTSX? I may try them in my 47 in the future, where I know in advance shots will not be extreme distances.

The 100 BT was a bughole accurate bullet in a friends MOA Carbine in 6.5BR.....less BC for sure, but I would use them to 200-300 yds.
