Seriously. I have a 14 yr old American Standard that I am ready to take a 10 lb. hammer to. At least once a week, I'm running for the plunger. I want to replace it with one that WORKS! Sounds like you need to consider what's going on past the toilet. You most likely have sewer issues, not toilet issues.
