Mostly our moves are only reactive.
I believe that's all about to change. Especially, with Trumps global message about the unity against violent extremism.
There;s a bunch of socialist lead countries in Europe and elsewhere that will do nothing. They welcome them with open arms.
Until THAT changes, I don't see mass support for going after terrorists from them.
We may. But, the world sure isn't behind us in that.
