So privacy for British populace has been completely destroyed for awhile now, but this guy was "known" to authorities and was able to build his IED, receive instructions from ISIS and complete his objective. So what is British Intelligence doing with the citizens private information if it doesn't prevent this type of incident? Its certainly not being used to protect the folks.
