I had always done the soil preparation with a tractor, only using a front tine garden tiller to work it out after planting. Three years ago, I bought a rear tine tiller after a lot of research. I looked a several brands here locally, and narrowed it down to a Troy Bilt or a Husqvarna. Ended up with the Husqvarna because of 2 things.....Lowes had it on sale and I had $200 Lowes gift cards, and it had a Honda engine. It has worked absolutely great, and I have a big garden.
