Dave, does the Harbor Freight engine maintain it's speed when the tines bog down while tilling, like a governor? I'm thinking of replacing the Tecumseh on my old 1974 Troy-Bilt. Thanks...


Yes, it maintains speed. I've been supprised at how well the engine runs. Usually starts on first pull.
