Bought my second Glock yesterday, a G23 .40 S&W Gen 3, lightly used. The other was a G20 10mm. Never had a problem with "slide bite" on the 10mm, but I've never been bit by a 1911 slide, either. First shot today with the G23, got a cut on my support hand thumb, across the knuckle. My fault, wasn't paying attention to my grip. Won't happen again, was not the pistol's fault.

A bit off subject, but I bought this gun for suppressor testing, as it had a threaded barrel - AND IT APPEARS TO BE THREADED FROM GLOCK. My suppressor will not screw on. Checked all over the place, seems that Glock uses metric threading. G23 is M14.5 x 1 LH, according to Glock. Now I have to find an adaptor!
