Just did some more careful measuring. I'm a bit bigger on the left foot than right, and the left bumps a bit over 14's....so now it's 15's I'm after.
Kenetrek has that size. Crispi doesn't.
Danner also has it. They only seem to have one all-leather options (all-leather Pronghorn), but it's out of stock on 15's. They have 16's.....that might be a bit too much.
Danner v. Kenetrek seems to tilt toward Kenetrek for my preferences (all leather construction, a rand like Kenetrek uses wouldn't be a bad thing), but they're 2x the cost of Danner's.
