I can't think of much that would involve a 3RD GRADER and the police...unless it was a lunch box full of joints or a suicide vest...both the end goal being the parents. I sure hope this young man hasn't already started life with a record...course if he has, not a big deal, just vote for the big D and sins are forgiven.
