I have one in 22 and another in 22 magnum. They are both sporter weight barrels. It's hard to quantify, but when I hold them, they feel like a quality gun. There is nothing cheap feeling or looking about them. Mine are fairly new purchases. They have made one trip to the range for sighting in and testing. I ran 3-4 types of ammo through each at 50 yards. Both gave me groups that eyeballed less than 3/4 inch. That's bone stock. I suspect I'll be able to beat that with a little more experimenting. They are easily minute of squirrel head at 50 yards.
