Quick review for now - very nice! Walnut is straight grain though a darker, nicer color than the standard Hawkeye. It does appear more effort was put into the finish than I'm used to seeing - grain is completely filled, etc. Balances nicely - slightly muzzle heavy and overall, a pretty trim rifle. Where did you get the brass? Is it actually .275 Rigby or 7x57?

It seems to be out of stock at at most places that list it, but Buffalo Arms is where I found it. It is stamped 275 Rigby...
