My load development stopped for both 20 and 25 grain bullets when I tried CFE223. I get outstanding accuracy and little fouling along with high velocity. To be completely honest my rifle didn’t foul badly with any other powder either but I don’t see any drawbacks to whatever decoppering CFE might do.
