My 25-06 and I get along just fine and have for some time now. It's a gee-whiz rifle on mule deer, antelope and coyotes. No doubt.

Normally I load the 115 gr Nosler Ballistic Tips for deer & pronghorn, and have found they work just fine on coyotes as well.

A 115 gr Berger will kinda-sorta mess up the off-side of a coyote...

Mostly I use Retumbo with the 115's, though RL-22 works just as well. And H4831 with the 100's has produced some terrific accuracy. I don't recall ever loading anything lighter than 100 grains, though I have a small stash of 87's that was given to me. Probably pretty good coyote bullets.
