Yes my thinking as well. The T3X stocks don't have that hollow sound and weigh around 29 ounces. McMillan Edge is around 22 ounces. I might get creative with some rattle can options in the near future. [/quote]
Ok, if I got this thread right the T3 stock was as light as an Edge. The T3x is seven ounces heavier, albeit sounds better.
An Edge costs as much as a whole dam Tikka.
If one had a T3X, he could lose a half pound by finding an older T3 stock, for under a $100.
So, after a decade of people bitcching about these plastic stocks, people will start seeking them out.
What a country.
Next thing you know, people will start collecting those fugly Ruger skeleton stocked rifles.
