That's the Leupold 3-9x Mark AR, mil-dot on the 308 and Firedot TMR on the 5.56. Leupold IMS mounts on both as well.
I haven't had the trouble with these Leupolds that others often discuss on this board, and I do dial them, but mine are all several years old and I don't tend to throw my rifles either.
I am trying out a 1-4x SWFA with the mil-quad DM reticle on that 308 now, because I moved the Mark AR to a light SBR 6.5 Grendel setup that's really handy. I haven't made up my mind about the SWFA yet, it has it's own pros and cons compared to my Leupolds.
