I don't own one but will be rebarreling one to an 8-twist some time this winter.
75 ELDs and RL17 is going to get the first go. Slick feeding & plenty of breathing room in OEM mag box confines will both be good things.
Not sure what to expect for speeds but as long as the sweet spot lands above 3250 fps I'll be a happy camper.
Skip the 17 and go imr 4451....
Do you have a pet load, 75's with 4451?

Its in 2 1-8 220 Weatherbys....that stay a lot more accurate without cleanings after I ditched using 17 in both. One tube really needed it to the point I thought the throat was going.
The 22-250 I cant imagine would like 4451 any less and getting the most out of both cases for velocity with 75 pluses needs 4350 thereabouts for burn rate.
