Either the memo is false and the people who crafted it will be discredited or the memo is true and the people directed in it have been insubordination in their actions

Wray demoted McCabe over the IG report that hasn't been released yet, it had nothing to do with Nunes memo. Rumors are that the IG report is about slow walking the investigation into the discovery of emails on Weiner's computer right before the election.
