Has anyone ever seen an ambidextrous safety on a 99? I have a 99 that was my grandfathers and just noticed it a while back. I’ll have to double check the serial number but I’m pretty sure it was made in 1950, it’s an EG in 300 savage. I’m guessing it’s something that was done by a gunsmith as I’ve never seen another one. I will get pictures of it if anyone is interested.
