How about a VX3i 2.5-8x36 Leupold with a German #4 reticle? That scope will work well enough at 30' in low light on brown bear and offer plenty of precision for a 300 yard shot. If ya don't like that then look at the 1.75-6x32 with a Post/Duplex reticle from their Custom Shop.
