Otter6, I looked the 6 Creed over every way I could think of, if you forget the hipe, and compare the 2 ,you are better off screw a 1x8 barrel on a .243 and it will kick ass, I have put 3 of them together. and they are good to 1000 yrds easy with a 107 match king and retumbo.forget all this crap about burning barrels with the .243, i have over 3500 rnds down the barrel of one of my .243s and it still will shoot 3/4 " groups.
