None of my 358 handloads using 10X have exceeded 58,000 in either a savage 99 or a blr using an oehler to check chamber pressure. I'm not sure on the quickload stuff though or how you settled on mr-2000, but 2200 fps with a 200 grain bullet will be all you'll see from a full case of the stuff, as opposed to 2700 fps with other powders. I use my 10x handloads down to 20 below zero on caribou and have good luck. I also use unique powder in my handgun loads when running my dog team in this weather. When I find powders that work well in my below zero runs with the dog team, I stick with em. I'm sure you'll find something that works for you.
