They can’t seem to get production rifles out the door in 6.5 Creed, which has marched itself into top 5 probably for ammunition sold...but they are releasing a straight walled 35 caliber with a corny name. RIP Winchester.

This. By the time they (Winchester) actually get a rifle chambered for it out to the public, the states will have changed their regulations ... again.
