Well after doing some searching it appears that the M7 and M700 triggers must be different somehow. Timney offers a unit specifically for the M7 and Trigger Tech doesn't. It may just be that the safety angle is different. I wanted to try a Trigger Tech trigger and would still if their M700 unit would fit a M7 without issue.
