Stock fit and preference is certainly subjective. I like both the Montana and the FC's but prefer the FC. I still have a Montana .223 and love the little rifle but I'd trade it sight unseen for a .223 FC.
A person can do pro/con on them, but in my opinion, stock fit should be the biggest factor if you're trying to decide between a Montana and a FC.
