Do the people we vote for represent us voters, or is this just a formality in an attempt to make us all feel better? Like maybe feeling we are all participating besides just sending them money.
Read the by-laws and get a handle on how the BoD controls who is on the BoD. That's how the nominating committee maintains its deathgrip on the entire organization.
