There really is no need to wait if all you want is a break action 45cal. Just get a CVA Hunter or Scout V2 and convert it to a ML. Using a Hunter model it will be about the same price total as the new 45cal LR but you would have a 25" 1-20 twist. Then you will have a 45cal break action that can also handle lower end smokeless loads as well. 55-56gr of 4198 will smoke BH209 in speed and cost per shot. Thats not even a max load.

The gun i would wait for is a Accura MR in 45cal. Its been a hot topic but no confirmation yet. Less weight and nearly all the advantages of the longer range oriented options. ATM they are probably waiting to see how well the other 2 new 45s sell before it appears in a MR. The Accura LR in 45 is very likely heavier than the 50cal LR. Its over 8lbs iirc. Im pretty certain the weight specs you see listed are wrong.
