Don't see any reason why not. My luck with M7s has been good...and even if its a slow twist there's lots of good premium "deer" bullets that will work well in a 1 in 12

I was thinking these are 9 twist barrels?
A Kimber MT would be nice, I did find a Deluxe Classic in 223, but no MTs.

You won't find a Kimber MT on their website. for some stupid reason they've discontinued it. IF that's the route you go, and I recommend it...Check out Whitakers. They're top notch, easy to deal with and the prices pretty much can't be beat.
