You should be just fine so long as they are simply necked up/down wildcats and no changes otherwise to the parent case. Also, with properly sized bushings, there is no need for an expander. Lastly, decap prior to sizing and you eliminate that stem entirely.
Proper bushing size is loaded neck dia minus .001-.002"
Did you modify a die just to decap?
