Leanwolf--- yea it was an over the top farm for the area- but it at one time had a highly prized Jersey or Guernsey Cow herd --the butterfat % of the milk was very very high. If you set the cream in the frig over night it would be a thick as mayo in the morn. There was a stud farm there for the race horses and in the spring a Sugar house boiled maple sap
