So they're claiming that mass shooters aren't crazy? They're sane? Rational?
If so, I think their license to practice Psychiatry ought to be revoked. Because they can't recognize insanity in even the most egregious cases.
I agree, the problem with a lot of these "organizations" is there are no checks and balance with basic logic and zero accountability. It's not that hard to figure out if someone is nuts in my experience, and all mass shooters would easily qualify as nuts.
