Are they truly oval shaped or are they just chamfered for ease of starting the screw and because of that, they look oval. If a correct-sized screw threads in with no resistance, the hole is not oval.


Oval at surface only... Just below that, the holes are D/T just fine... But it sure looks like crap to me.... And no other BACO I've had in the shop exhibits that anomaly..



They must have used a countersink to deburr the hole.
