I am running it out of a 4 5/8” Blackhawk behind a full dose of 300MP. I can’t remember the velocity I clocked it at but it was within the window you state. I do seem to recall it was designed primarily for rifle velocities and I feel like the expansion window I read was faster that what you state. I haven’t hunted with it but I figured it would do a good job as a tough low expansion and high penetration trail load.
