The forend snaps on and the barrel has a hook that mates with the latch on the forend. I have a line on a 16 gauge barrel so I think I'm good but wondering if a 12 or 20 gauge barrel will fit. I did look at a schematic on Nummrich but it doesnt specify if different gauges are compatible with the back end.
