Hunting 2 new animals this year so changes needed to be made. Hunting coues for the first time which is going to require shooting to 700 yards or thereabouts. The 270 gets the nod but with RL26 topped with 145gr ELDX. Opticswise a 3-15 SWFA instead of the old Leupold 3-9 and Swaro 15x binocular. Also hunting pronghorn for the first time but at 3-400 yards, the coues set up should make that a chip shot.


I am continually astounded at how quickly people make up their minds on little evidence or none at all.
