It is. My 68 year old brother shot that with the Win 70 in 270. It's been in our family since purchase. My two brothers and myself and my oldest son have all shot deer with it.
That is the first drop tine he had seen live in 50+ years of hunting. I saw it on Friday before the opener. It is pretty neat to see one. At least here in Nebraska.
