2300 Too much for us empty nesters.... We also use much of the semi-finished basement[another 1500 sq ft] which houses the woodstove, a full bath and 9' ceiling with walkout patio on SE facing side.
Again, too much as I'm quite happy when we are in Tenn at the 1100 sq ft house.
