Hodgdon is reimbursing with money, not powder.
I saw your post on the other thread. Someone pointed out it was cheaper to reimburse a single pound for $35 than to ship a pound and pay hazmat. I'm thinking at 25 pounds it will be cheaper for them to replace my powder than cut a check for $875.
