Of course, no admitted bias was found. Who on earth would indict themselves when asked? This was meant to be a roadmap to what someone else might look into if they were looking for criminal activity. In that sense, the report is about as "damning" as it could be. There is nothing more that the report could have given, since it is about administrative activity not political or criminal activity.
The MSM is "spinning" this report hard because they have to. The whole house of cards could fall easily at this point for the Left.
