Lots of bottom metal options for the Tikka now days. I myself would go 30 Nosler with Mountain Tactical bottom metal. You can load up to a 3.6ish oal. Better brass if you go that route.

The prc is a no go in a tikka unless you hand load.

If you are in the market for a complete rifle, I’d go with a Howa. They make excellent rifles and will get you in the 300prc game economically.

The Howa action is rock solid and they come with an excellent factory trigger, 3 positive safety that locks the bolt down.
