This may end up being a forehead slapper for me; but, what is NOS. To some other members, note the lack of quoting his entire post just to address one portion. On to the non-picky stuff. The 229 in 357 sig was my carry piece for about 6 or 7 years. I carried it in a Milt Sparks VM II and it was like they were made for each other. I would say they go together like peas and carrots; but, who would he those god-awful peas. They go together like hot dogs and mustard.


Sorry, “New Old Stock”. I use this term a lot in the auto industry, and it’s the equivalent to NIB or “new in box” in the firearms world.
