I don't get the joke, therefor don't get why he was suspended for it? What does he have against Rick?
The two and three toed Tree sloths are most notably known as "the slowest mammal on Earth" due to their extremely low metabolic rate that causes them to move at a languid or sluggish rate. By Implying (ludicrously) that Rick was lazier than a tree sloth, Flave intended to expose the fact that rather than address the simple fixes to the issues that plague his site, Rick chooses to allow it to be constantly plagued with issues that are easily remedied.
