I managed a manufacturing company with fifty-five workers. Thirty-five were women because usually they were better a the jobs than the men. A man running a machine would stop to fiddle with it where the women just kept on churning out parts. Most of the time I don't think the men were stalling, it's just in their nature to mess with things. All heavy jobs were done by women. I gave a few a chance and it never worked out.
