With just two of us here it doesn't take much to keep us fed. Still, in order not to go out any more than necessary, we've been digging in the freezer and pantry to come up with something to make a meal from so we didn't need to shop.
Found a bag of dried beans and a sack of corn meal in the cupboard, so we're having beans and cornbread for dinner.
It gasses me up something awful. But beans and cornbread is a treat to me.
We've been home for 14 days now and I figure we've still got enough supplies here to last a couple more months.
