I have a 2013 Key West 20' dual console. I use USAA also and they sub it to progressive. I just checked and it's $208 a year which includes the "sign and glide" on water towing coverage if I have to get towed in on the water. I'm usually operating on the MS gulf coast and having to be towed from offshore can get expensive. That's for full coverage, liability, uninsured boater, comprehensive, and collision.
All in all I think it's a bargain for the peace of mind. I haven't had to use any of it so I can't comment on their service during a claim.
