I think it was Cuomo that did accidently say something intelligent. Paraphrased probably:
"No one will ever be able to tell if we over-reacted, but everyone will be able to tell if we under-reacted."
So in trying to not panic everyone before the true extent of the problem was percieved, perhaps Trump did under-react a bit.
Hindsight is always 20-20 - unless one is a Democrat. Theirs is still crappy.....
