There were a lot of people on here who were livid about the brothers with 17,000 gallons of hand sanitizer, and agreed with the Governor of Tennessee seizing them. This is a very slippery slope.
It was my understanding that once the publicity was out, the brothers donated them to various places, and/or sold some at more reasonable prices. Cohersion, certainly - but IIRC- it was not siezed. But I'm not going back to check....
War proffiteers have always had a bad rep, how much worse is it when it is implements to save lives, rather than take them?
But yeah, ya gotta watch the footing on that slope!
