The national forests in Oregon aren't closed..Just the improved facilities...Campgrounds,trailheads,bathrooms, ect ect...The forest is still free to roam and hunt to your hearts content..
Its the boat ramps that have me pissed off.. The river is open to boat and fish,if you can get to it that is..
