I don't see it and haven't heard it...Right now the beaches and forests are open,just the facilities are closed. In the beaches case,most facilities are also the access points. .If you can think of one rational reason to close the forests I would like to hear it.
Once the weather breaks,looks like Wednesday, I am going bear hunting.
